Admin tooling that tells the truth and can un-stick things. Behind the scenes, jobs that give up after every retry (a photo that couldn't be identified, a reward that couldn't be paid out, an email that couldn't send) used to sit invisibly in a dead-letter limbo that only a database surgeon could recover. Now there's an operator panel to see and safely re-run them — a re-run photo goes back into processing, a reward re-settles with no risk of double-paying, and an email only re-sends if its code is still valid. The admin dashboard now shows an honest "couldn't load — retry" instead of a fake all-zero readout when its stats can't be reached, and role changes flow through the one real, permission- checked control instead of a button that never worked. Nothing changes for collectors — this is all under the hood.
