v4.48.0 — Two Reads, One Truth

The first time a car's toy number is ever researched, its result becomes the shared record every future owner of that casting inherits — so that first read has to be right. Now the pipeline reads it TWICE, independently, and only freezes the shared record when both reads agree on the identity (name, series, year, colour). If they disagree, the card goes to review and the record is held back instead of freezing one run's guess for everyone. A single flaky read can no longer become permanent truth.
