Mostly under-the-hood honesty. Reporting a car ("this info looks wrong") now checks you can actually see that car first, and files the report and its follow-up review flag together so neither can go missing. Behind the scenes, re-running research on a car no longer overwrites a photo that's still uploading, the admin tools now tell the truth when a re-run wrote nothing or kept the existing record instead of flashing a false "done," and a re-run and a review re-run now agree on when a car is verified.
