v5.1.4 — Resurfaced
New ground under the whole site. The old page background was two hard diagonal wedges over a dot grid, and on a dark screen those wedges banded into flat stripes that looked less like a design than like a photo that failed to load. It is gone, and what replaces it is lit like a photograph: one warm key light high on the page in your own accent colour, a cool fill opposite it, fine film grain instead of graph paper, and a soft falloff into the corners so your content sits in the bright part of the frame. It also only ever existed on one page in five — four routes carried their own copy of the old background and quietly overruled the shared one, which is why the garage never quite matched the briefing room, and there is now exactly one definition that every page reads from. Your profile's top end has been repacked as well. With everything filled in — nameplate, title, marquee, vanity plate, motto, bio, pronouns, links — all of it used to stack into a narrow column beside your avatar while the space directly under the avatar sat empty, so the page managed to feel cramped and half-used at once; now only your nameplate sits beside your avatar, everything below runs the full width, and your badges have moved into the right-hand column where there used to be nothing but air. Four things that were simply broken on a phone are fixed too: PROPOSE TRADE was being drawn off the edge of the screen where you could not tap it, the last of your badges ran off that same edge, your stats row refused to scroll because it had quietly been handed 494 pixels of room inside a 332-pixel column, and a long garage name ran underneath the emblem in the corner. Section kickers no longer cut off mid-word either.
